We just completed a 7 night stay here. This is a lovely hotel, and would highly recommend it. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable. Despite being in a busy neighborhood, the rooms are very quiet (and we had two large windows overlooking the street). The staff is welcoming and kind. This is an excellent choice for a boutique luxury experience in Roma.

I travel a lot and have been to many hotels but never found a place like this where all staffs are genuinely nice and caring. Service is just impeccable. The room condition is at its best considering it’s at the center of the city. The location is also perfect as 1-2 min walk from Trevi and adjacent to most touristy places.

Just steps away from the Trevi Fountain! Smack dab in the heart of Rome. The service is excellent. The room is clean and large size. The bathroom was hands down the most gorgeous spot. The decor in the bar/restaurant is gorgeous and cheeky! I posted a few photos. We hit the Trevi at 6:30 am, still busy but not inundated with tourist. The hospitality is A+! Lovely employees!

My favorite hotel in all of Rome !!!! So so beautiful, clean, safe, artistic, inventive, helpful… the list goes on!!! You get here and everything is just easy. Dealing with your bags becomes a breeze. Enjoy an Aperol upon check in and make it the most wonderful experience. Each room more creative and beautiful than the next. Eclectic art line the walls giving you a newfound sense of energy. The staff is all so so so wonderful. Beyond helpful and kind to us. We came home late and needed a very last minute dinner reservation one night. Not to worry!!! The staff called their favorite restaurant and we were welcomed right away with a bottle of Prosecco. Will stay here EVERY TIME!

I absolutely love the way they decorated this hotel into a colorful yet homey vibe. The whole hotel is beautifully designed and feels super cozy. What I loved about the room is that it doesn’t even feel like you’re in a commercial hotel room but it feels like home! Plus the selection of rooms designs are all super unique in their own way. The restaurant manager is an absolute delight and she attended to all my needs promptly. Location is fantastic as you are bang in the center of the city and near trevi. My negative points are that when I booked this hotel via booking.com there is a chat where you are continuously chatting with the hotel about certain questions you have before you arrive. In the same chat I spoke with them on many occasions before arriving I received a message telling me to confirm my credit card details to confirm the booking. I was rather confused as I thought they would automatically take their payment on a scheduled payment date (which had not come yet but was coming soon). But I proceeded to confirm the details on the very genuine looking booking.com site and later on once I put them that page had said card rejected… then a chat opened with a guy telling me to enter another card as that has been declined. Then I got seriously spooked and suspicious because I know I have funds in my account and my card will not decline!! Later on I go back to the booking app and ask maalot what is this nonsense!! And they said oh by the way be careful of phishing 😬😠!!!! Well why didn’t you tell me that before. So therefore my credit card got compromised and the scammer took some money from it and right after I got it cancelled. Even canceling a card and getting a new one is a whole process in its own right which is time consuming. This whole experience stung me so bad that when I actually arrived at the hotel in person I was fuming. Literally just wanted to come on a nice holiday yet before even arriving a scam had taken place. So I have very mixed emotions about my experience. On another hand I had a lovely time there in person but the booking of the hotel process was a nightmare. Also I didn’t appreciate when I called them on the phone before this whole ordeal to confirm that they could see my booking in their system and they were saying oh well I can’t see anything… why would I be making an international call to you guys if I don’t have any trip coming up in that property. I gave the guy on the phone my name and booking reference number but he was talking to me as if I have nothing coming up there… Nonetheless the hotel is beautiful and lovely but also be careful when booking this hotel. I think their is some continuous credit card scam going on yet when you arrive there they actually totally innocent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
