This hotel is in a perfect location! It is central to all desirable points of interest. We loved that we had a window that we could open and hear the sounds of the city. The shower was spacious. The mattress was comfortable. Francesco, not sure if he is the owner or the manager or both, really looks out for you. I texted him several times during our stay and he always replied promptly. I will stay here again upon my return to Firenze! C. W.

I booked a room at Mabelle Firenze Residenza Gambrinus for 5 days for my birthday and it was the best, couldn’t have asked for a better place ! It is at the center of every attractions in the city so it’s really convenient ! The room was beautiful and clean with a very cute city view. The host was really nice and accommodating and even gave us some recommendations to visit the city. I hope to come back soon !

We were only in Florence one night passing through but I’m so pleased we found Mabelle Firenze …it was really clean, super-comfy beds and perfect location . The rooms were quiet even being central as they are all located on the fifth floor. Check in was very quick and easy although there is no 24hr reception so you need to call/message ahead to make sure there’s someone there to check you in. I’d rebook and recommend if all you need is a room to lay your head after a busy day discovering beautiful Florence

Best stay in Florence !! The hotel is cozy, super clean, comfortable rooms and best Location in middle of the attractions area with a fair cost. The staff makes the big difference especially lovely and helpful Sylvia who go the extra mile in everything to help you out and make your stay unforgettable. In short, if you are looking for a clean, cozy, location and unforgettable stay ... you know where to go now ;). P.S: Parking can be arranged if you have car with 26 euro per day and very safe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
