Great experience, good vibes and welcoming staff. Lots of activities to do in the hostel and planned trips out, nice pool, pool table, beer pong and more! Great night life and Brett a staff member got everyone involved he was easy to talk too and gave us good local guidance on things around and other places to go.

Amazing hostel to stay, super lively crowd. Very good stay, the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Enough toilets. They have a bar in the ground floor and a swimming pool, some games like Foosball etc. Almost every day they have some party/event which will make your stay even better. Staff were helpful, "Thuy" was great

Lovely building to stay in and very nice staff. We weren’t a fan of the reps here, there is a very pushy party culture - to the point where a rep bursts into each room to yell “free beer” even if your getting changed/ napping or whatever. I was also left by the bus on the pub crawl and advised by a rep to go with hostel-associated driver which resulted in me having to fend off unwanted sexual advances all the way back to the hostel.

My friend and I stayed at Mad Monkey Hoi A for a couple of days and it was an awesome experience. The staff were all super helpful with any request we had and the actual hostel itself is really nice. I would definitely stay again. Big shout out to Baillie, he was a massive help during our stay.

What an awesome few days I had here! Baillie, Alyssa and Matt were absolute legends. Going to miss them a lot. Was an awesome place to meet other travellers and have an awesome time! Gutted I had to leave but will def be back! Good food, drinks, and awesome service! If you are in Hoi An this is a must!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
