My wife and I decided to choose this hotel as it has really good reviews and a good honeymoon choice. We enjoyed the really room as it smells good the moment we entered it showing that it’s clean. We also enjoy the good view that came with it. The bed was very comfortable and helped in our sleep overall at a foreign place. It was a very big space with a good wardrobe that’s clean with good hangers. The bathroom was very clean as well with a very nice bathtub which my wife really loved it. We will definitely choose Madison again when we’re back in Taipei for holidays in future. Definitely will recommend to our friends.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times on every visit to Taipei. It is a fantastic hotel with great service and cleanliness. The breakfast buffet is very good and the staff service is always very attentive. Marilyn especially goes above and beyond to take care of our needs. An excellent hotel all around!

Very clean and well equipped hotel. The service was spotless, staffs were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great with good selection of food. The room was clean and spacious. The TV was huge and the bed was comfy. The location was great if you were a foodie, there are plenty of selection of restaurants, ranged from local snack shops to fine dining places to trendy cocktail bars. We definitely will visit again.

An exquisite collection with a touch of luxury and great service from this boutique hotel. Impressed with the room size, the service from the staffs and also the amenities. Breakfast is adequate but not considered fantastic. The great point is, the variety do change here and there every day so we do get to try different things within the same frame throughout the 3 nights stay. Bathroom is huge with shower and bath tub, dry area and an amazing toilet bowl which flushes automatically The only downside is, the mrt is 450-600m away depending where you are going. If you are on a business trip, that’s fine but tourist like us find the location a tad troublesome. Good restaurants can be found within walking distance so that’s enough for us. If you are coming with kids, not recommended

Booked the Madison room and had a great stay! The room was very spacious and had a separate living area where we can put the crib. The crib was set up nicely in the room with crib liners, pillow and blanket! If I had to say, I’d wish the mattress for the crib was slightly thicker since my child would put her hand underneath and move it around. Ordering delivery to the room was super convenient and delivered via a robot. The hotel staff were also very helpful with a late check out request and cleaning the room very quickly!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
