Staff couldn’t help you more, absolutely fantastic. Breakfast option also great. Truly is a little oasis in the town. Some things a little tired in rooms but service and cleanliness was fantastic. Also could do with a few more sun-beds as there wasn’t enough on sunny days.

Tranquil gateway, right in the city center, very clean, professional staff. I don't mind noises from neighbouring clubs. Food in the morning is a bit different, some hot traditional dishes with meat, fresh fruit, yogurt, salad, bread, and granola. No cheese or bacon for breakfast. No eggs. Small but sufficient. They serve crapes too. It's only my second day now, but I think it's all right. Especially the location and staff are fantastic. All info transparent. Additional cost for minibar and for using the coffee machine in the room. Relaxing garden, although quite small, but the atmosphere is such a vibe. Almost no view from my room, which I don't mind. I usually do a lot of walking around the town, planned some excursions. Pool is nice, clean and no scorching heat on premises. I read comments about bugs in bedrooms. Haven't seen any in mine.

Worst stay in Mexico I ever had! PLEASE READ THE REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!! Nothing to like in this hotel. Very troubling stay and thankfully we stayed for only one night I recently stayed at the Magic Blue Spa Hotel in Playa Del Carmen, and I must say that I had an awful experience that I'd like to share. During my stay, I encountered an issue that left me quite disappointed. There was an unfortunate incident where I discovered blood on my pillow. I immediately reported this to the front desk, hoping for a prompt and professional response. Regrettably, the manager's response was SHOCKING. Instead of addressing the issue with empathy and concern, I felt blamed for the situation. The manager insisted that the blood came from my finger, implying that it was my fault. This response left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Needless to say the blood was so dry as if it had been there for years! and of course, I wasn't bleeding haha! To make matters worse, I decided to check the hotel's reviews on Google Maps, only to find several similar cases where guests had reported similar issues. It appears that the hotel has a recurring problem when it comes to maintaining cleanliness and responding appropriately to guest concerns. I believe that a well-maintained and customer-centric approach is essential for any hotel, especially one that markets itself as a spa hotel. I'm not recommending anyone book this hotel! In conclusion, my experience at Magic Blue Spa Hotel was marred by an unfortunate incident and a shameful response from the management. I hope that the hotel takes these concerns seriously and fires this manager and works towards improving its cleanliness and customer service standards. Also, where did you hear of a hotel with a coffee machine in the room that is not included in the charge? so funny and weird! when I checked out they charged me for two coffee capsules!

This has been the worst excursion to Mexico of my life. I come to Playa del Carmen quite frequently. 3x a year. A TV fell over in our room and hit the corner of a shelf below. It was an honest accident and we owned up to it. Vanessa, has been nothing but rude since day one. Upon telling her about the incident she treated my bf like he was a 7 year old that had knocked over a vase. He is 53 years old. We said we would pay for it. She looked at us in disgust. Upon returning from an outing she told us the 43" TV would be $800 and if we didn't pay for it she was calling the police....I am going to edit this tomorrow with pictures of how unsafe this place is and a video of Vanessa.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
