Disappointed of the room. After reading all the positive review I was very excited about this hotel ! Unfortunately our room wasn’t like the beautiful pictures we can see about the hotel. No ceiling with stones, just a normal white ceiling. The view was on a very small courtyard, and the windows were non transparent in order to not see that but at the same time blocking any possible sunlight. The bed was hard and making a lot of noise. Slightly moving would make a lot of noise and wake us up. The pillows were super thin and hard too… The air conditioner was very very loud making weird random noises so we couldn’t turn it on to sleep. At the time of our visit it was 36 degrees in Roma… The shower wasn’t practical at all and the joint was missing which makes it very hard to shower. Soundproofing isn’t good at all either. We could hear people in the corridor like if our door was open.. However the staff is awesome, very nice and very helpful, always smiling. We appreciated that a lot. Additionally it is very clean. The bathroom besides from the shower was very clean and big. I was expecting a different experience booking this boutique hotel, but we ended up with a very basic room we could have found anywhere, far from the center.

Mary and Gulia are just wonderful. The rooms are very modern, clean, and well maintained. Though it is on one floor within a building, I didn’t hear much noise from the neighbours. The shower itself is on the smaller side. And the area where the hotel is located is near a posh neighbourhood with embassies and palatial homes. I felt very safe walking around in early morning and late at night. My only word of advise is be aware that the nearest subway is a 15-20min walk depending on your speed. The beat Orion is walking to sights on getting on one of the buses nearby.

Very comfortable, modern and well appointed rooms. We loved this location as it was not in the madness of central Rome, but close enough to all the attractions, and close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Mary was an absolutely amazing host, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would stay here (and hope I do) again for sure! Thanks for everything Mary. You made our trip even more great :)

We only stayed for one night but it was worth every penny. A snug room with a beautifully designed interior and facilities, I would recommend to anyone staying in Rome. One thing I will mention is that the AC was a little confusing to use, we could get it to give us a slightly noisy blast of air, or nothing at all, we probably could have figured it out if we stayed longer, but otherwise a perfectly wonderful stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
