Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. It was ok, central location (25 min walk to Center) and had a nice courtyard for eating/ drinking. But rooms need some maintenance- our overhead shower didn’t work and my 6ft husband had to use to the hand held shower wand instead and while using it, that broke too. The front desk reception person (who seems to have to do everything!) insisted that the overhead shower worked and wanted to show us how it worked. So he went up to the room to show us how it worked but it didn’t! Also the telephone didn’t work so we had to go down to reception each time we needed to talk to them. When we checked in, the front desk person said the battery had to be changed and it would be fixed the next day, but it still didn’t work. Also asked for robes and they only had one left!?! That doesn’t seem to be 4 star?! Staff tried their best but not worth the price.

I was very excited to come to this hotel. However I was not that happy with the following things: - Wifi is not working in my room - Breakfast is only partially ready at promised time - Cleaning is medium - Water sink is not working properly - Once there was no electricity (no light etc.) - Noisy neighbors - Laundry promised to be ready at 4 pm, was ready at 10 pm - I was accused to be noisy, however was the neighbor - Entrance is like through a fire exit door with unergonomic handles Otherwise the building and staff is very nice!

The Hotel Magville is an elegant small hotel. Our charming room had a little balcony with a bistro table and chairs overlooking the delightful courtyard. The breakfast is very good - best omelet I have had in ages. But what I really want to highlight is the staff. So cooperative and helpful. I left my phone in a taxi and they spent quite a bit of time tracking it down. I was of course thrilled to have it returned and thanked them profusely but felt it important to say this publicly.

This is a very nice, cute hotel. The guy at reception was incredibly nice and helpful. The main reason I’m only giving it 3 stars is because it was insanely loud. Baby crying all night and morning. I could hear every word from the person and TV next door. The walls are paper thin. I would have not gotten any sleep without earplugs. In addition, the room was very small but very nice. The breakfast was average. The lady serving me didn’t speak a single word of English, which was surprising in a big European city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
