The staff were exceptional but the lounge area of the room lacked air conditioning, and it was still too hot, but they did give us a second fan. There was a small air-conditioner in the separate bedroom, but it struggled with room size so still very warm in the room. The staff were excellent though and the breakfast was good.

excellent location of the hotel. the beach is 10 minutes away, near restaurants, clubs, shops. everything is within walking distance. daily cleaning, clean towels. the staff takes care of their customers. beautiful garden inside the hotel with swings. delicious buffet breakfast. I have visited many hotels and this one is one of the best. and the prices are very nice. I recommend it

Great location- 10 min to the beach and about 15-20min to the night market. Cozy, fairytale like set up wit clean rooms and sweet staff. Things for improvement: breakfast. As most of the plates are empty: 2 out of 3 drink jars empty (water available only), no coffee, just tea. 5 out of 8 hot dishes empty... Keep in mind that you will hear a noise coming from neighbours (music).

Stayed in the eastern segment of the resort located 80 metres up the road on the opposite southern side. Nice pool for a few short laps. We had an upgraded bungalow with big windows on two sides next to the pool. Plenty of power outlets, TV reception a bit snowy but had some English channels. Excellent bathroom stonewall decor, hot water albeit tricky, bench space and desk, two chairs, bar fridge, open wardrobe and shelving, medium sized room, mini but usable balcony. Good for our bicycles on the bungalow patio after many strained discussion as to the vulnerability of our bicycles being located at the front motorbike area. Aircon works well, key operates all power including the fridge! AND...the buffet breakfast(80 metrrs back down road) is the best we have had for a month cycling here from Bangkok via Chiang Mai, Sien Reap and O'Smach border crossing and Phnom Penh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
