Absolutely loved our stay in MaiChi Villa. The Host Mint is absolutely amazing! One of our favourite stays in SEA. She is a real gem and extremely helpful. Organised all tours for us and transport from to airport for a great price. The rooms are spacious bright, with a fan and air con which was amazing. The bed is 10/10 and we slept great! She has free bikes to use and a great pool. The hotel is in a great location. Amazing value for money. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much Mint - a stay we won’t forget! Miss this place already

The villa is in such a nice location with numerous food and drink options and even spas nearby, and the staff were amazing, super welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable too. This villa was only walking (or cycling because you could borrow their bikes, too!) distance to the old town and all the other markets and night markets, which was great! Overall, we had an amazing stay here at MaiChi Villa :)

A Paradise Found at MaiChi Villa Hoi An! I can't help but share the absolute delight that was our stay at MaiChi Villa Hoi An! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just a place to rest our heads – it was a haven of hospitality and warmth. A special shout-out goes to Mingh, who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Always there when needed, Mingh didn't just manage the villa; they orchestrated an experience. From recommending fantastic restaurants to arranging unforgettable tours, Mingh's insights added an extra layer of magic to our Hoi An adventure. And here's where it gets even more remarkable – Mingh played the hero when we left our passport in her accommodation . Yes, you read that right! Not only did Mingh assist us in locating the lost passport, but she also ensured it safely made its way back to us in a different city. Talk about going the extra mile! MaiChi Villa itself is a gem – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush tranquility. The rooms are a perfect blend of comfort and style, providing a sanctuary after a day of exploration. One of the best places we have stayed in vietnam! 🇻🇳 🏡 MaiChi Villa, a serene and tranquil villa nestled around the neighbourhoods of old town. Why you should come here: ⭐️ Service The staff are super friendly and welcoming, providing us with useful information on the neighbourhood as well as good recommendations. They also offered transport services to other cities for a lower price as compared to ride hailing apps. ⭐️ Environment Having stayed at noisy neighbourhoods, MaiChi Villa provides a quiet environment, away from the bustling city to catch a good nights rest. There are also quite a number of affordable dining options since it’s a bit further away from the touristy parts of town. ⭐️ Pricing The quality of the stay here is definitely worth the 875,000VND ($35USD) we paid for the night. The bed was comfortable and huge, toilet was spacious and it even came with a bathtub that we used twice. ⭐️ Location Located just 600m away from the main old town street, we were able to walk directly to the Thu Bon River lined with shophouses and cute cafes. It is also where you can catch a boat ride at night, and place lotus lanterns along the river. Overall, the stay was really enjoyable and would definitely come back here again. Highly Recommend!

Such a lovely place to stay! We ended up with the deluxe double room, meaning we had a nice little balcony that overlooked the great little pool that came in so handy for using to cool down. The people who run it (Mint was the name of one lady) are lovely, and all too willing to point out great places to eat and visit. Amazing value too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
