Good location , near City Center . Staffs are well and helpful. Some rooms are small and bath does not have door. So that is i did not like.

Stay away from mainhaus Stadfast hotel. Why: Next to a huge construction site; phone in my room did NOT work, shower very old fashion and extremely difficult to operate; instead of a room with court yard view, the room overlooked all kinds of construction material and heavy equipment; NO English Channel TV; my room was bare with NO proper pillow; and I can go on … On the Positive side, after my objection, Mr Khalid from the reception inspected the room and saw that I was right, he kindly changed my room to a decent Business room, and I truly appreciated his understanding and help. So, if ever coming to this Hotel which is not close to a train station, make sure to see your room before checking-in. I have been traveling more than 50 years.

This must be the best hotel to stay at in frankfurt. Very clean and modern. Loved the gym. Loved the filtered water , sparkling water tap. Loved the breakfast buffet, by far the best we've ever had. Liked the clean neighbourhood. Liked the proximity to restaurants and train. Liked the bike hire facility downstairs. The hafenpark park nearby has to be one of the nicest parks in the world, full of happy people chilling out. A lot of business people there but we thought it was romantic for us as a couple. Excellent value too.

Really good hotel, great rooms with comfy beds and good showers. The location also means its central frankfurt and a very short walk to the Christmas markets. If it had just been me travelling it would have been 5*. Unfortunately, I was travelling with my disabled grandfather, and there are no signs on the front door stating that the only disabled access is from the rear car park. There are 2 staircases at the front, and 1 of them has plenty of room to be turned into a disabled access ramp.

I love this hotel . The room was stunning and the breakfast buffet beautifully curated . The service personnel was very friendly and ready to help . I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know, also because the location is so great and central to midtown shopping.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
