I'm from out of state & my trip here sucked with the delays, I got here 7 hrs later than my check in & the front desk lady was awesome & very patient with me, elevators worked, my room was to DIE for, it was clean, roomy it had heat & hot water & coffee, I loved it. Upon check out Irma was also very nice & courteous.. this will be my come to spot when in Addison.. GB you guys ❤️ also It was affordable..

Checked into my room, there was a half eaten Honey Bun on the bed, window jammed open with a bottle of Paprika and icing on the cake, a cockroach walking around on the couch. Went to the front desk and the woman behind the counter asked if I had stayed there before like “oh yeah figured you would have known about those bugs” Will be contacting owner in the morning and voiding charges on my card

Pulled up around 11pm the parking lot was grungy we were tired so was like ok whatever. Proceeded to go check in lobby was decent so I was like ok maybe it isn’t bad. I get to the elevator a lady tells us watch out the elevator gets stuck sometimes. We get into the hallway that smells like an ashtray mixed with marijuana smell. Get to the room the key doesn’t work. Go back to the front desk and they say it should work I’m like well it doesn’t. They give me a new key and we finally get in the room. Go to turn on the tv no remote. Tried to get on the phone and call down stairs and the phone doesn’t work. I then googled the number and called off my phone and they tell me I have to get a remote from the desk so off to the desk I go again only to get back and the remote doesn’t work. Call them back and tell them it doesn’t work and they said oh well it should we will come by in a minute. They come to the room and say oh we gave you the wrong remote. We wake up the next morning hoping to take a shower we drove from 3 1/2 hours away have no where else to take a shower but no the water is cold. I call to tell them the problem and they said they would get back with me and they never did. Come to check out the lady says oh it’s a department thing the owner said. The owner isn’t there he knows the room has no hot water but rents me the room anyway. I asked why would you give me this room knowing that the hot water was out she replied with we had no other rooms. I would have gotten a hotel somewhere else if I would have known this. This stay was horrible and they offer we 15 percent off really wow 😮 I couldn’t even shower I should get a full refund.

Terrible. Moth ball smell in every room. Water poured out of the ceiling 1hr after we arrived. Everywhere you look something is run down or dirty. Stay away. No breakfast, smell of weed everywhere too …

Place is falling down with fire damage in the entrance. In bad need of repair. Funny smell in the stairs. Carpet looks as if it's never been cleaned. Couches were stained and slit up. Window to the room was open? Front desk was not personable or welcoming at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
