Portugal has some of the best hotels I've stayed at, and this one is at the top of the list. The staff were helpful, very polite and SO nice. Rooms were extremely clean and comfy, it gave the vibe of a chateau with ornate molding and tall ceilings, carpet was also very clean. We had a room facing the Porto square and it was nice to peak out the window in the mornings and at night to check what was going on down there. I felt the location was so great for our stay in Porto - by some good restaurants and shops and not too far from the river, where we inevitably ended up each day. The spa was probably one of the nicest I’ve seen, the pool was such a vibe and there was a sauna for me to recover in after a night of too much green wine. 10/10 hotel and experience.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Perfect central location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and amazing breakfast each morning. Room was super clean and very nice. We came for 3 nights for NYE and the there was a steer concert and celebration right outside the hotel so the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We went to the spa and got massages which were also fabulous. We walked the entire time we were here. Truly hope to return one day!

Excellent location in the centre of Porto, with a metro entrance outside. No noise or inconvenience from the work further down the square (outside the Intercontinental). Great, comfy room. Lovely breakfast. Good pool, though small, and a nice library. Very good service from all of the staff.

Beautiful hotel in a great walkable area. However, the service was subpar for this level of hotel. The front desk staff was not welcoming or kind, with the one exception of the individual who checked me out as I was leaving. I did have to call to request cleaning service on my first day despite being gone most of the day, and on another day they entered my room even with the Do Not Disturb sign displayed. The same thing happened to my mother in her room on another day. I find this odd and intrusive given that I was in my bed at the time. Although the hotel is beautiful, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. We also weren’t notified about serious construction near by (although in the hotel’s defense it wasn’t directly in front of the hotel but did make it tricky to navigate our way back at times).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
