The next door building was undergoing major construction, which didn't bother us as the construction mainly took place after we left for sightseeing and not on weekends. (the entire city is undergoing renovation for the Olympics). The hotel had theatrical luxurious decor that charmed us during our 7 night stay. The location was fantastic. Upon arrival, we were notified that we had been upgraded to the superior room category. we booked 2 rooms, and both were charming maximalist time machines, but both had issues. My room was larger and beautifully decorated, but there was a slight electrical buzzing, and the toile wallcovering was stained with water damage and peeling in some places. the bathroom door doesn't close fully. The room was well cleaned except for a few dusty corners and dusty lampshades. The bathroom was compact, and the shower was quite luxe, but it was difficult to control the temperature and was always hot. There were no Hermes toiletries as advertised, which was very strange. The air conditioning worked beautifully in one room but underperformed in the other. The real highlight of our stay was the staff. Each staff member we met was incredibly accommodating. they were always on their feet. They learned our names and preferences and were always available. This hotel provided 5 star personalized service with the resources they were given.

Beautiful little boutique for a traditional French experience. Staff was very polite, great with our English, and helpful at arranging taxi's for our daily activities. Rooms and service were excellent. We had such a great experience!

A beautiful small hotel. The staff are very friendly. I didn’t take the euro plug, they lent one to me. The breakfast is not cheap, €25 per person , but they cook for you after you ordered. High quality and taste good! The room is clean and air conditioner is good. But they don’t provide kettle, do if you want to make tea or coffee, you have to go to reception for help. Anyway, happy experience with the hotel.

Superb location! Our room was on the third floor and had barely any noise from the street. Rooms are smaller in size, but very clean and nicely decorated. Excellent housekeeping. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
