I haven't stayed there because I needed to cancel my entire trip unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances on my country. Even though, my cancellation period was expired, the hotel agreed kindly to cancel my reservation without any charge. Thank you very much for your consideration.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The hotel is bad, breakfast is poor, the water in the shower isn’t hot and towels are not being replaced. The main point is that the service at the hotel is terrible and so disrespectful. The manager of the hotel treats the guests in cruelty and definitely turned our stay into a horrible experience. If you want to enjoy your vacation - just stay away from this hotel.

We have stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. There’s no hot water, towels aren’t being replaced ( they just fold it) and the breakfast is bad. And the most important thing is the bad attitude of the staff. Stay away

This place is absolutely beautiful & very well located, has its own parking & a private electric gate to enter. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, all downstairs rooms have their own patio with a view out to sea. Breakfast is filled with a lot of choice from sweet to savory, and Margherita (cook) is happy to help with any extras you'd like. The entire experience from beginning to end was outstanding. Francesca (host) was welcoming and extremely helpful- her recommendations of local restaurants are incredible based on the ones we tried. So make sure to ask her. Will definitely come back! 5/5

My recent stay at Maison Bon Bon was not up to par with the expectations I had for a hotel experience. It is worth noting that this establishment is more of a bed and breakfast rather than a full-fledged hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. One of the major drawbacks was the steep price considering the limited services available. Maison Bon Bon does not offer 24-hour service, which means there is no staff present for a significant portion of the day and during the night. This lack of round-the-clock service can be inconvenient and somewhat unsettling for guests. Furthermore, there were several issues with the facilities. The hot water supply was inconsistent, which made it challenging to have a comfortable and refreshing shower. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable, frequently disconnecting and causing inconvenience for those who rely on a stable internet connection. Additionally, the breakfast experience was disappointing. When certain items ran out, they were not replenished promptly, leaving limited options for latecomers. The selection of cakes was also disappointing, as they appeared to be old, dry, and lacking freshness. Considering the price charged for the stay, I had expected a better quality breakfast experience. Moreover, the location of my room on the first floor, near the breakfast area, was a constant source of disturbance. Each morning, I was awoken at 7 AM by the noise from hotel guests and staff talking loudly right outside my room. It would have been appreciated if the staff had taken measures to ensure a quieter atmosphere, such as placing courtesy signs or requesting guests to be more considerate. When I politely brought this up to the staff, not only they did not acknowledge me (your only way of communication with staff is whatsapp!!), I felt like they were not friendly towards us anymore. Another issue that affected my overall experience was the lack of security and the absence of staff at the hotel for long periods of time. This made me feel uneasy about leaving my belongings and passport unattended, as there was no one available to ensure their safety. In summary, Maison Bon Bon fell short of my expectations for a hotel experience. The high price did not align with the limited services and amenities provided. The issues with hot water, Wi-Fi, breakfast, and lack of security were disappointing and affected the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. I hope that the management takes these concerns into account and makes necessary improvements to provide a more satisfactory experience for future guests

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
