Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room is big but not heated. Even in one room heating is only with air conditioning. Breakfast is very weak. There is omelet but cold. When we went on the first day, they said that we could not see the breakfast included in our room and asked for money. At 4 o'clock at night they said that if you want breakfast tomorrow, you have to pay cash now. When I showed the reservation, they said ok. you have to ask for cleaning. They can forget even if you ask. If it was a two-star hotel, your score would be very high. The only good thing is the location. Also the wine and peanuts on the table were not complimentary. We couldn't understand why they didn't put it in the fridge if it wasn't a treat.

Expensive for what it is. I have spent there one night and it was enough for me. When I first came into the room, I quickly went around to explore my new shelter for the night. When I entered the bathroom, a familiar but wired parfum filled the room. Indeed, someone had pooped without flushing the toilets… I immediately called the reception and someone came to clean the crime scene. As a gift, we got offered the wine from the mini bar, that seemed to me more like vinegar. Anyway, despite all of this and the few things that are a bit neglected around the facilities, the view was amazing! It’s always cool to have a balcony. The bed sheets were comfortable and clean. Besides, the location is also ideal, there are a lot of nice restaurants as well as the sulfur baths in the neighborhood.

Great view of Tbilisi . Toilet with working bidet. Room great for 2 pax . Very Clean . Airport Transfer available. Hotel room, lifts, lobby and surrounding very clean. NATIA and Beka very helpfull and corteous. Thanks guys .Hotel teams the greatest

The property is poorly managed and the rooms are not cleaned properly. We could clearly see dust everywhere, the room was smelly, furniture has stains and overall the layout is unusable. On top of it, the hotel is under staffed and is run by mostly single person from the reception. Besides, they are not very hospitable people. The location is the only thing which is good about this hotel.

It’s very nice and affordable hotel with a views. The bed is comfortable and the toilet is neat and clean. I am bit disappointed with the breakfast but it’s really worth it. The location is perfect everything is nearby and hotel has a lift which is easy to move your luggage. In the room there is Netflix so you can not get bored if the stay is longer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
