What made my stay truly exceptional was the personalized attention and hospitality from the hotel staff. This hotel has been the highlight of my Parisian experience. The central location made exploring the city convenient, and the cozy ambiance provided a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The room's elegant decor and comfortable amenities added to the overall charm. The staff's local recommendations and willingness to assist with any inquiries enhanced my appreciation for the city. Staying here truly contributed to making my time in Paris absolutely amazing.

We came from the US & spent 3 nights here during our time in Paris. We traveled with friends so we had multiple rooms and all agreed that the hotel was incredible. We had the best experience. The hotel itself is so amazing, the rooms were exactly as shown online, we loved our breakfast at the cafe & sitting outside in the courtyard for drinks in the afternoon/evenings. The staff was so kind and helpful, setting up dinner reservations, making recommendations during our trip & booking airport transportation. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to enjoy outside on our last night. I will highly recommend Hotel Maison Colbert to anyone traveling to Paris!!!!

We arrived in Paris and encountered an issue with our existing hotel reservation. I reached out to Maison Colbert at the end of the day in mid-December, and they were able to accommodate us four on the spot. The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Everyone was eager to help with very high standards—from the front desk and the hotel manager to the staff at the cafeteria and the cleaning personnel; they all made our 5-day Paris trip one to be remembered. As two couples, they made us feel at home and went out of their way many times. The other couple got engaged on the trip, and Maison Colbert went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and memorable, with special gifts and champagne. The breakfast options were not just extensive but also of the highest quality. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of artisanal cheeses and a selection of seasonal fruits, every item on the menu showcased the rich culinary heritage of Paris. In addition to the breakfast, the hotel itself was a haven of comfort and style. The rooms were elegantly designed, and the overall atmosphere exuded Parisian charm. The attention to cleanliness and safety measures also provided peace of mind during my stay. Furthermore, all of the front desk staff recommended restaurants that were all spectacular, to say the least. The hotel's central location in Paris was another advantage, allowing me to fuel up with a delicious breakfast before exploring the city's iconic landmarks. We could even see Notre Dame from our room's window. Will for sure return to Maison Colbert very soon.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Starting with the concierge staff, Marc, Maria, Tristan and those whose name I can’t recall (apologies). They were extremely helpful with their dining recommendations and even helped us create an itinerary where we were able to see plenty of Paris main attractions, this made our stay memorable. The rooms are clean and the hotel has a very chic style that complements the beautiful architecture of the buildings. Great location, just a few minutes from Notre Dame.

Warm, welcoming and very caring. We stayed 6 nights in this beautiful hotel, which is located in a quiet street just a few min walk from the Seine and Notre Dame. What makes Maison Colbert so special is the attention to detail, the warmth and authenticity of the team who all have a genuine desire to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
