This is a great find. The room was very large with a Jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff were helpful. The location is great near the plaza and public transit. There was also a coffee machine available. The price was very good for what you get.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to all attractions. The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. Francesco was the most welcoming host and is is very thoughtful. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Rome in the future.

Location, location, location and on top of that beautiful clean, well appointed theme accommodations. The owner/manager is awesome! He is quick to answer and recommends local places to go. He even went the extra mile and booked our private car to the airport. We will be returning here next time in Rome. Highly recommended!

Beautiful room, great tub, great location. First three nights were fantastic. Not a standard hotel so the shared space can be heard from the room. 4th night the guest in the third room was drunk, buzzed himself in 3 times before slamming the door, making coffee and pacing for an hour starting at 2am. All of which you could hear clearly from our room. We had to get up at 5am to catch our flight. Made it impossible to sleep. The owner is great, very friendly. The cleaning staff is wonderful. Cleanest hotel ever. Beautiful churches steps away from the entrance.

Amazing. Clean, centrally located, beautiful large room. The jacuzzi tub is awesome and you can bluetooth your phone to its built in speakers! Great friendly service staff. No food onsite but they're are 100s of restaurants within walking distance. Room was cleaned and refreshed everyday. I would highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
