        We were here for a vacation and our stay was most memorable. I would love to stay at the same place if I ever visit Santorini again. We had a junior suite room with private pool which was a perfect spot to watch the sun rise with our own pool view from the room. Hotel was very well maintained, quiet, staff were friendly and break fast was also amazing. No complaints at all and I can recommend you to book a room at this amazing place. Special thanks to the manager.

        Very good hotel on top of the hill with excellent view for pictures and privacy. Your private pool is excellent but the water is "Cold"; it's even cold during the hottest months May thru Labor day. The location is terrible if you don't have a car/ATV/Quad or transportation.😠 Everything is down the hill 4 minutes by car and 26 minutes walking but u better be in very good shape to be walking back up the hill. I really don't understand why this hotel doesn't offer shuttle service up & down the hill they literally have enough staff to offer it. Other hotels in the area probably doesn't offer shuttle service either. Taxi €15 each way. Totally a rip off!! Absolutely nothing to do at this hotel but to chill and relax. Your room patio will have lots of little bugs on the ground and by the door, told the staff thinking they will come bug spray the area but no that was normal.😤 The free breakfast is terrible. It's a very good restaurant across the street Aeolos Tavern, food is very good and cheaper than the hotel.👍🏾 We will not stay here again and don't recommend it because all the action is down the hill & the public transportation.. Reception Nikki is great. 👏🏾👍🏾 Enjoy Good luck..🤞🏾

        Our least favorite hotel we stayed at during our recent honeymoon. The room was disappointing, with our private pool that lacked privacy form other rooms and the pool cleaning staff showing up randomly to “clean” (he did nothing just took a look and left). Poor timing as I was getting out of the shower and surprising to see an unfamiliar and unannounced man behind our room. Other notes about the room: was not cleaned upon our arrival, found a rotten apple under the mini fridge (it was the first thing we saw entering the door, not sure how house keeping didn’t notice). Also found joint filters strewn about the floor. Water in the resort is brackish. Tap water is undrinkable and it’s not great to brush your teeth with salt water. The breakfast at the hotel is cheap, akin to a Motel 6 in the US or somewhere with a Low quality continental breakfast and some limited warm options. Our most unpleasant experience at this hotel was on our first day, we wanted to go to the beach. There are no beach towels in the room so we grabbed two from the pool area. The bar/pool person ran up to us and demanded to know where we were going with their towels. and demanded we tell him our room number in case we stole their towels I guess? It was honestly the weirdest experience of our trip, a “4” star hotel shouldn’t care how their guests use towels on site, especially at this price point. It just made us feel so uncomfortable to be accosted like that for taking a beach towel to the beach. At no other hotel have I ever been scolded for using hotel towels during day excursions. When we got back from the beach, we made sure we found the person at the bar who had spoken to us before and showed him that in fact we were not thieves, only paying guests trying to enjoy their honeymoon. He doubled down on his attitude and told us tourists visiting thought they were gods and would lose their towels, so the management of the hotel had instructed him to police the towels. My response was that was a pretty poor customer service experience, and he raised his voice to me and said if you don’t believe me we can call my manager to tell you. So, to the management, your housekeeping is being overworked and missing things. And, your policy of policing your pool towel usage is creating a really negative experience for your guests. Once we hd that interaction with your staff we aimed to spend as little time onsite as possible. I hope this review can provide some constructive feedback to improve on your services. Besides the negatives, the location away from the crowds was nice.

        Beautiful location with a homely atmosphere. Customer service was exceptional- from the efficiency of the receptionists Vicky and Angelos to the warm hearted friendliness of the restaurant staff Manuel and Nicolas. This hotel has given us a feel like no other all due to the staff who have given their all to make sure our experience here was one to never forget.

        Niki at the front desk was absolutely amazing from the jump. Everything we needed we are accommodated for and the room’s view was unbelievable. definitely need to take a taxi to town but would rather go to the local restaurants across the street
