🥲Things I don’t like: 1. We stayed for 2 nights on Friday & Saturday. On Friday, there was probably only our tour group, so it was quite quiet, and it was not obvious that the sound insulation was not good. But it was very noisy the next night, because this hotel is not separated from ordinary homes. Anyone can walk through the building at will. People passing by made a lot of noise. On that day, there were Koreans from other hotels who were drinking and punching. There were people in the middle. The guests couldn't stand it, so they came out and told those noisy people to be quiet, but because there were too many people walking around, it had no effect, so it is not recommended for people who are very sensitive to sound to stay! 2. People who are not residents can also pass by the building, but the door lock does not feel safe enough! 3. The accommodation did not provide a map of the facilities and usage hours. We wanted to go to the gym, and the man at the counter took us there, but it was anticlimactic. Halfway through, we pointed in one direction, but in fact we had to walk through another block to find it. After we found the gym, The door is also locked and you can’t go in (^^?) 4. Toilets get clogged easily. 👍🏻What I like about it: 1. The room is clean, and the room card is inserted and the air conditioner is turned on in advance, so it feels good when you enter the room. 2. The toilet & bathroom are large and the hot water is stable. 3. The breakfast is clean and delicious. 4. Most of the staff are very friendly. Although their English is not good, they will try their best to help if they have any questions. Thank you🙏🏻 Overall, I feel that the atmosphere of the building is good, but there are some areas that are not ideal. Hoi An is a great place. More people will definitely come to visit in the future. There are currently few residents and the staff are already overwhelmed. , hope that training can be strengthened, and accommodation safety measures can also be improved.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
