Perfect hotel, we really enjoy staying here. 1) Ideal location: there are the ocean, several cafes and shops nearby. The ocean is calm and clean in this area. The hotel is located in a new and cozy district with picturesque, clean streets. The hotel provides an electric car to ride around the district. If you rent a bike, in 10 minutes you can reach two more tourist districts, which are good places for walking. 2) The rooms are new and clean with all necessary staff inside (even bathrobes). 3) There are wonderful nourishing breakfasts consisting of a main course, fruit, tea/coffee and fresh juice. The staff prepare different dishes, so you can try national cuisine or eat your favorite dishes. 4) The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. They really try to make guests feel comfortable and provide high level service.

Very good The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, the furniture and appliances are well-designed. Cleaning has always been very good, as well as breakfast - everyday there is smth new and delicious But the most important thing is about the people. The service is excellent - the staff is ready to help anytime. Also, they can ride you to the beach/cheap supermarket. These people kind, welcoming and hospitable ❤ Khem beach is very beautiful and clean. By the way, the hotel is really eco-friendly (it's about smart water consumption and reduction of single plastic use) 🌱 Best experience 🥰

Big thanks to the very friendly staff! This place is wonderful. We love the design of this hotel and the village. it is quiet and relaxed. the beach is within walking distance. restaurants and mini market nearby. everything clean and tidy. the breakfast very tasty. again: we would like to thank the extraordinarily great staff and the nice owner.

Totally worth it, Western style and quality. The room ís a little bit small, but luxury, 4 star quality of all materials and objects. The beds are very, very comfortable, high standard. All-in-all comparable to the standards in Europe ! Very good ! The bathroom is a little bit small, so that there is only half a glass separation, no door. Thus, the toilet, entire bathroom, is wet after taking a shower. The service is excellent The manager, Miss Chau, is still quite young, but already quite experienced, provides services with a warm heart and a big, happy smile. 10 Points ! I hope, cross my fingers, HOPE that the staff will carry out thorough maintenance. Everything is beautiful, shiny, still new, needs waxing and polishing in order to remain beautiful. The hotel is located on one of these new villages here in Phu Quoc. Long rows of 4-story houses, with a shop on the ground floor, painted in all kinds of nice pastel colours. A very agreeable area for walking, still no people selling on the sidewalk, parking motorcycles and cars, one can happily walk around. But .... There is always a but ... The shophouse owners try to rent out the houses above the shops as homestay. Almost everyone does that. It happened in Grand World in the north of Phu Quoc, it happened here. Karaoke ... Very loud. Luckily it stopped at 22.00h (as per law !).The quality of the window is such, however, that in the room we did not hear the karaoke. After we talked with Miss Chau in the morning about cleanliness and maintenance, when we saw her again in the evening, she proudly and enthusiastically informed us that she had discussed this with the cleaning staff, and that they will pay attention to it with all their hearts. Again 10 points for Miss Chau ! Maison d'Rose: absolutely worth the price, after the bathroom is fixed I reward 10 points out of 10.

Superb rooms with great design. The staff is very friendly too. Close to Khem beach (maybe 5 mins by bicycle), for me the most beautiful beach in Phu Quoc. There are a couple restaurants at the beach which are pretty good, for more local food head towards An Thoi. I recommend staying here if you're looking for some calm and relaxing days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
