Lovely hotel next to the station. Quiet but well located for the City Centre. The room was just what we needed. Clean, modern, with everything working. A couple of little bonuses like a coffee machine, but nothing flashy. The staff were lovely, warm, and very accommodating. Will definitely be returning if in Nice for a short stay 🙂

I have stayed at this hotel several times during the last 6 years, because of its convenience for the station and the beautiful garden, but this was my first time with the new management. It will also be my last. My "superior" room was missing a curtain and had badly damaged plaster around the bathroom door. The view was of the airconditioning units. When I returned to my room on the afternoon of my second day, the room had not been cleaned.

I have a feeling a lot of the negative reviews came before the renovation because this place is perfect for someone looking for something intimate and elegant without the unnecessary pretension. The interior design is very cute and the exterior garden is lovely. I think my favorite is the staff and extra touches of care they provide; really sweet and lovely hotel!

Great boutique-style hotel with very nice rooms and very welcoming staff. We’ve been welcomed by Manuella in the most friendly and pleasant way. The rooms were very neat and there’s coffee and water available at all times for free. Furthermore it is just 3min from train station Nice Ville and a 10min walk to the beach. The street where the hotel is located leads you directly to the promenade.

We had a wonderful stay, very nice staff, clean and calm environment, pretty rooms, the breakfast is amazing, full of home made goods.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
