        Very Very poor service. You need to line up about one hour for check in at 15:00 on 5 Feb.,23 The front manager did not try to help or assist the check in progress. After long quene of check out at about 11:00 on 6 Feb, another waiting of one hour to have lunch at Royal Palace of the hotel. Moreover, The tables were full except the advance booking but there were mavacant tables. The reception lady asked us to go another place and the managress told us to complain. We also needed to stand outside the palace since the seat was fully occupied and the reception lady did not try to help us.

        Front desk staff Parko from the Lisboeta Hotel helped us with the check in process. He was friendly and efficient, he even showed us the way to our room. He also remembered to tell us where the vending machine was and how to get the ice cubes ourselves since we asked for the ice before arrival. Room was lovely with both bath and shower. Definitely will come back! And I want to mention that I called to the hotel the day before check in and l just wanted to asked for some extra water bottles to be set up in the room. My called was transferred to the reservation department and the lady who picked up the call suggested me to call the housekeeping for the water after check in. I asked her if she could arrange that for us before we arrived so I didn’t have to call again, and the lady was like ok we will try our best to arrange that for you. But it was just water, the way she answered was like it would be hard to fulfill my request. Besides, when we were having our meal in the room we found some nails on the carpet near the couch, which was a bit gross.

        This hotel is rubbish. The first thing is the shuttle bus service is super infrequent. The concierge are also cramped with the two other hotels. Before I got into the room, the corridor already smell of cigarette. When I step inside, the rooms smell of cigarettes like a pub. The customer service was also super unhelpful, and they took ages to change my room, but to another disappointment. The next room smell of mold to a point my nose hurts. It took me more than 1 hour of waiting to get a proper response. It is super disappointing as a hotel featuring the body-care brand l'occitane. I do not recommend this to anyone. This hotel is absolutely rubbish. First of all, the shuttle service is very sparse and runs every hour, which is very inconvenient. In addition, the check-in counter is combined with two quarantine hotels, which is very crowded. Before entering the room, I could already smell smoke in the corridor. When I walked in, the room smelled like a bar of smoke. The customer service was also very unhelpful, it took them a long time to change my room. Sadly, their service was once again disappointing and the new hotel room had a very musty smell. I waited for more than an hour before I received proper assistance. As a hotel that features body care brand L'Occitane, this is very disappointing. I will not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
