I recently visited MK Rooftop Marrakesh and wanted to share my experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also a few areas that left room for improvement. Starting with the positives, the rooftop location of MK Rooftop Marrakesh offered stunning views of the city. The ambiance was quite pleasant, with cozy seating arrangements and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. However, there were a couple of downsides that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the menu options were limited, especially for those with dietary restrictions or specific preferences. It would have been great to see a more diverse range of choices to cater to all guests. Additionally, the service was a bit slow at times. There were moments when it took longer than expected to receive our orders or get the attention of a staff member. While their friendliness was appreciated, improving the efficiency of service would greatly enhance the dining experience. Overall, MK Rooftop Marrakesh has potential, but there are areas that need attention. With a wider menu selection and improved service speed, it could become an even more enjoyable destination for visitors.

Been on the Rooftop for the sunset with drinks. Although the service was slow, we had a chance to drink good mojitos and their menu seemed vary. We only ordered tapas which was delicious. People are very friendly and helpful. They play European music and loved the view.

I am absolutely delighted with my experience at the restaurant. The quality of service was simply outstanding. The staff was attentive and considerate, always ready to meet our needs. Furthermore, the dishes were deliciously prepared with fresh and flavorful ingredients. This is definitely an address I will warmly recommend to my friends and family.

We stayed at this Riad in Marrakech, and the staff was extremely professional and helpful. However, we had a few negative experiences during our stay. One of them was a dispute among hotel guests inside the riad around 6:00 AM. Furthermore, one of the main reasons for our stay here was to enjoy the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, despite still being guests, the rooftop terrace was closed due to maintenance after first day. This is totaly unacceptable. As a result, we couldn't use this area and didn't get to experience the ambiance of the rooftop terrace. We only spent our first evening there and ordered some snacks. To be honest, they all arrived quite cold, but the cocktails were good. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that the staff at the property were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Anwar and Muna.

Just had dinner here and the food was beautiful. The view from the roof top was amazing and the place was kept warm by lovely heaters. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
