We stayed at Maison Ottavia for four nights. Great location—not a far walk from many of the sites. The room was clean and bright, and had all the conveniences. The hosts were very helpful. They responded quickly to inquiries even before we arrived. The day of our departure there was a public transportation strike which overloaded the taxi system. The hosts were instrumental in finding us a taxi to the train station quickly. Very nice stay. Thank you.

We stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel for 1 night. We really loved the central location (not more than 20 minutes walk to all of the main city sights) Rooms were lovely, clean, spacious, and had all of the main amenities. Service was great and check-in was really smooth. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room was perfect. Impeccably clean, with wooden floors and a bonus that it has AC! For those needing wifi, that comes included with your stay as well. It definitely has a modern feel to it! Tatiana was an amazing host. She was able to get us our room sooner than the typical check in time. I know that may not always be the case, but it was nice that she was able to make it happen. She was even kind enough to provide us with a map of the area and recommendations with places to eat. She provided us with the hotel’s WhatsApp number so that we can reach out at any time for help and suggestions. A lot of major historical sites were within walking distance (Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc). All these sites were within a 15 minute walk. There’s also a hop on / hop off tour bus stop about five minutes away! The bonus is you get to walk through different alleyways while making your way to these historical sites. Great opportunity to come across gelatos, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc.

The place was amazing! Room was very clean and with great view. The staff was very friendly and on our arrival we were explained very clearly how to get the best out of our stay in Rome. I could not think of a better place to spend 5 days in Rome. Location was perfect. Everything in a walking distance. All in all, amazing place. I couldn't recommend it more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
