Pre-check in meant we were sent details of the code for the doors due to late arrival which worked well. The room was huge. Within walking distance of the Duomo and easy to get a bus to and from the station with luggage but quiet in the evening. We were able to leave our luggage after check out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family

Fantastic experience at Maison Pitti. Serena was very helpful and made us a lot of recommendations. It’s walking distance to the Historical center but far enough away that it’s quiet. The complimentary pastries, juice and coffee from the cafe next door were outstanding.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The rooms are clean comfortable, modern and quiet. Entry to the building, hotel and rooms are automated via PIN use. The host was very responsive and friendly, molto gentile! The location in the city is very convenient for seeing the sights in the center, but also for catching a cab, public trans, or rental scooter/bike. Can't say enough nice things about it!

The location is around 15 minutes walking from el Duomo and is quite accessible with busses and taxis Check-in is automated, it's all via codes for the gates and door The hotel is located on the 1st floor Rooms are nice, pretty basic and clean They have minibar, smart tv, balcony, and some bathroom amenities It is pretty quiet there, away from the busy touristic area Signora Serena was super friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of information and helped us book a taxi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
