Staff attitude was the best. But they might be overworked as he has to attend to the shortcoming of the facilities of the hotel: 1. Safe locker not working. 2. Stain on our bedsheets (reported by my daughter)- quite obvious. 3. No breakfast was prepared on the last day of our checkout due to the chef not being able to turn out due to the massive snow throughout Munich. 4. Our WiFi signal completely dropped in the room. Can't recover, but only can connect to WiFi in other rooms. 5. Nice chap who requested us to write in to his dayshift manager for the unconsumed breakfast. But so far, there isn't any reply.

Oh my... I stayed at the Hotel Demas City for one night and we had to move to here because the Hotel Demas City was horrible(no AC, small space, old, etc....). Moving to Maison Schiller was the best choice I've ever made! Service was fantastic, room's big enough, AC works just perfect, and the location-wise, it's the best hotel with affordable price!!! Also, breakfast was good for the price too! I would recommend here for my friends and family members! Thanks for the good services!

Made an accidental reservation while researching a room. After returning to communications with the manager they were able to adjust and remove the reservation. Incredibly helpful and I will absolutely stay at Maison Schiller in the event we are able to visit!

In terms of value for money it’s pretty good. Located about 5 minutes walk from Munich central station for convenience. Note that there are a lot of “cabaret” shows on the surrounding streets which make it less family friendly. The reception is 24 hours which is useful. And the rooms are fairly decent, a bit on the small side, with space for luggage, a safe, wardrobe with a couple of coat hangers. They have a coffee machine but no kettle. Hairdryer is present as well.

Clean, comfortable. Restaurant right next door is very good. Management was flexible with late checkout which was highly appreciated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
