I love this place, and would come back in a heartbeat. The people at the front desk are so kind and so helpful. The room is very comfortable and clean.(bring your ear plugs). I like the neighborhood ; it’s very diverse. The Metro is right around the corner. I have stayed at hotels in Paris that cost more but did not match this place in taste and particularly in service. And the food is really good. What’s not to like?

It was a lovely experience, very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. The hotel is also connected very well to the city center thanks to the subway just downstairs.

Staff are a bit clueless, we've asked for a few things and didn't get at all. 3rd floor room was small and pretty noisy, i guess there's a hospital in the area because there were a few ambulances making noise. Breakfast is pretty basic and you have to specifically ask for eggs, butter, etc. The blonde guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely, great hotel. Clean and tidy room. It's perfect place to stay during your visit in Paris. The location is very good with access to the metro station just around the corner. The staff is friendly and polite as offers you to drop your bags earlier before the check-in. I took one star, because of the internet connection, it's free, but really not good reception. Prices are reasonable for the area as you got a lot of shops around. I will get back here one day and enjoy longer stay.

I arrived in the middle of the night without reservation and they received me kindly and helped me. The people on reception it’s very kind and understanding. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is affordable for Paris. I felt safe here. If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable hotel I strongly recommend Trema.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
