Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staffs, especially Diem and Thanh. Nice atmosphere. It was a pleasure talking to the manager from Singapore, a nice gentleman who lead such a professional service team. The room is big and clean. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying here. The service is what sets this small boutique hotel apart. Close to town and convenient to all major sites. Great breakfast and quiet rooms. Would recommend to all.

This hotel is nice, clean and the employees are very helpful. Check out is 12 pm but they allowed me to stay in my room until 5pm free of charge so I could wait for my bus to quy nhon! Highly recommend staying here!! Thanh the receptionist was extremely helpful and very kind

Maison Vy is one of the most charming hotels I’ve stayed at! The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. They were always willing to help with recommendations for tailors, restaurants, taxi bookings etc (all of this with a big smile on their face). The location is ideal given it’s proximity to old town. My family loved this hotel equally and want to go back again! I truly was so pleased to have found this gem online. Big thank you to Maison Vy for the wonderful hospitality.

Affordable hotel, would totally stay here again. We stay in the 3rd floor with no elevator at the family room. Nice brekkie and also had a very good massage at the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
