Absolutely fantastic hotel! I'm an avid traveler and stayed in many hotels. This would be probably one of the best or even the best hotel of all. 1. Received a warm welcome (with much needed prosecco after a long drive) and we're taken to our room. 2. Super clean spotless room. Daily cleaning whenever you like, even in the afternoon. 3. Private parking in front of the hotel (limited spots available). 4. Private area at the beach with beds and a bar to fulfill our your needs while enjoying the lake. Beach towels are included and renewed when needed. 5. Breakfast was exceptional. Eggs made to order. Fresh juices, nice selection of food options. They don't do dinner. This hotel can be pricey but worth the price. Just one warning: they demand the city tax to be paid in cash (= €9). Make sure you do carry some cash for this purpose.

This hotel and the staff are superb! I would leave more stars if possible. The location is perfect and we loved walking along the lake on the way to the restaurants. We will definitely be back here every time we stay on Lago di Garda. Thank you for everything MaisonMe and staff, truely a memorable experience.

It was a beautiful hotel . Clean and comfortable. I liked that it made you feel at home . The service from everyone was excellent and everyone who worked there was very professional but also very friendly and always there to help if needed. The breakfast was amazing . And there was coffee and water there any time night or day . I would highly recommend this hotel . And bardalino was lovely and central to be able to go anywhere on a boat . And lovely walks by the lake .

We had such a great stay at this hotel. We’ll designed, nicely appointed rooms, clean, comfortable bed, good A/C, fantastic breakfast and exceptional service. Would love to come back for another stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
