The ONLY reason I haven't rated this 10 across all areas is that there is always room for improvement! My family needed to find accommodation in Nantes at short-notice for that evening and, with luck, we found Maisons du Monde. The correspondence was rapid, clear and concise; the welcome was sincere, the accommodation was excellent in terms of both quality and location; and the limited stay was overall excellent - I would absolutely recommend this property.

Clean and well designed room. Lovely view and in a charming yet fun neighborhood. Helpful staff and practical amenities. The bars and restaurants near the hotel stay open late which is great but can be rather noisy so get a higher up room that does not face the Main Street.

We took one of the apartments, which is more closer to the city center and not directly in the hotel. The apartment was really cute and charming. A small kitchen, if you want to cook by your self. Which is not really necessary, as everything is in the surrounding area available, what you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was more or less clean. The only thing which was missing, an air condition. The bed was very comfortable and also our daughter sleeps well at the couch, which was a folding bed.

The location is great, right in the heart of the city with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions within a short walk. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had what was described as a ‘cosy’ room. Hotel speak for ‘very small’! The (comfortable) bed occupied most of the room and there wasn’t much space for anything once we’d moved the superfluous cushions. It was very tastefully decorated but little natural light as the window gave onto some sort of space between buildings. For just one night it was ok, given the location but not worth €125

Great location, very nice decorated, close to restaurants and shops. Room very small and very noisy specially late at night. ( lots of bars very close) I recommend taking a room facing back of the building and keep windows closed.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
