They rooms are super stylish and comfy. Separate toilet, separate shower room, separate dressing area with a large mirror and sink. The best part of the room was the huge panoramic view of the city of Bangkok, the sunsets were awesome. The hotel has a nice pool area with toilet and changing room, nice cafe and outside seating. The breakfast was fine, nothing super special to be honest. The area is a bit industrial but green and there's a few shops and a restaurant nearby. We only stayed one night as we had an early flight. The airport is about 20-39mins away, depending on traffic.

We stayed at Maitria Hotel for four nights and had a really great experience. Staff is super nice! We came around 6 in the morning (ultra tired and jet lagged). The check-in is not until 2 pm, but they managed to prepare our room until 10 am. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very tasty. We also recommend The Club House’s mango yoghurt smoothie. And don’t forget to check the hotel’s pool in the evening. When we were staying there, we were the only ones every night. The only downside were the badly insulated windows, from which we were woken up by loud bird every early morning.

Reasonable price for a nice room with complimentary mini bar (soft drinks). It is quieter than we thought which is very nice for a hotel in the center of this busy city. This place is good for hop in for a night and get to work nearby in the morning. The location is fine but it is a bit far from any metro station or bus stop. Parking building is in the back and it is separated from the main building which could be a mess if there are a heavy rain. No idea about food here as we didn't try their breakfast but it has a convenience store nearby which is very good for a late night traveller.

So it was a nice hotel and lots of convenience nearby. If you are looking for dancing and club nightlife, this is the place. Our toilet room had a mildew smell, but it was well contained and with the short stay not worth translating and trying to remedy. Beds comfy tv no good English channels but wasn't there to watch just like noise at night. Food was great at little Cafe too. Not near anything like shopping or temples so maybe not a tourist hotel..

First and foremost I would like the thank the wonderful staff at Maitria Hotel. Especially Ploy and James who really helped me out with my needs. Thanks to Aom, Noina and Kwang as well. It’s a wonderful place to stay when visiting Bangkok and I’ll be back in the future. Good breakfast options, nice gym, beautiful pool and spacious rooms. 100% recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
