This is an excellent hotel close to all amenities and staff are so lovely. My only issue was room service and there is no consistency with food. One day you will get a tall glass of orange juice next day small glass with sugar. I ordered pasta twice and the first time it was good, second time half the ingredients were missing such as the prawns and cherry tomatoes. I do think the consistency level of room service food needs addressing. Also the tray I received food on was absolutely revolting and had hair on it. I did not know who the manager of room service was to complain to. Please see attached photos.

We just had our Annual Team Party at Majlis Hotel. It was great! The food was amazing, the service was great as well, the venue and everything! Mr.Andrew, the F&B manager is commendabke for his great customer service he rendered to us including the manager on duty at the night of our party! We will surely spend another celebration with them!

Booked Majlis Grand Mercure for our 4 day trip. Lovely, hotel albeit it has seen its better days, but everything is well maintained and clean. The staff were gracious, breakfast was OK. quick note- On Saturdays their buffet breakfast starts at 10 for "brunch". so if you want your breakfast earlier, they will send it to you to your room. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy. cant fault at all. nice place for a city break. easy to get food as many restaurants are around. Galleria mall and Abu Dhabi mall just minutes away by car.

It was great experience staying in the hotel. Breakfast has decent options for vegetarian. The hotel team was always available for help including calling taxi, guiding tourist. The welcome fruits and sweets were really nice

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
