Very unfriendly personal, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. We arrived almost 2 hours prior to check in, and had a carry on that didnt want to carry with us. Asked her if we could leave that small suitcase in the room, or at least in the lobby, and she answered the worst possible way, so the only option we had was to pay extra to be able to leave the suitcase in the room. Also the room wasn't fully arranged and we found dirty towels and the trash can with some trash on it. Highly disappointed.

The male employee wearing glasses is really rude and strange... When the female employee is friendly, she is friendly. They gave me a room with an outdoor air conditioner in the bathroom and told me to just use it. When I asked if there were any other rooms, I said no. When I came down, they were all empty. It really looked like a spy who had sneaked into the motel to ruin it...

This guy with glasses, who is estimated to be in his 40s, is a bit overworked. I'm so busy playing games that I can't listen well. They made me talk to them twice. It was a special room, but they gave me a regular room and made me go back and forth. No kindness at all. The female part-timer in the morning when I checked out was friendly. The regular rooms are very poor and the special rooms are average. The difference is only 10,000 won, so definitely go for the special room.

It's very good value for money. Especially after ordering food, instead of leaving it in the room, if you put it in a bag and leave it outside the door, they clean it up. I think that's a good thing.

I think it's cleaner than other places nearby. It's all different, but maybe because it was the weekend, it wasn't cheap. I think you can get it cheaper if you book online in advance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
