I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had an amazing time! The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were fantastic. The family-friendly atmosphere made it an enjoyable experience for everyone. We particularly loved. Overall, a memorable and delightful stay for our family. Highly recommended!

It was a good experience staying there alhamdulillah! The hotel is neat and tidy, staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet took me by a pleasant surprise! It was wonderful! The variety was great! The bathroom was leaking and they immediately came to fix it. However, the way the washroom is designed, the entire Washroom gets wet once you take a shower. And there was a constant bad smell in the washroom too. The fridge was just not working. It was actually warm in the fridge. I kept some fruits in there and they went bad. The room temperature was lower than the fridge's temperature! The bus service is unpredictable. Sometimes, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes, and sometimes it comes very quickly. Overall, it was a good experience staying there!

Always a pleasure staying at Makarem Um al Qura Hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a good varieties of dishes. A great value for your money. Suggestion I would like to make is to try to get rid of bad odor which comes from some washrooms like for Room 806.

I booked 4 nights with my family and it’s was an excellent experience, buses are available every 15 minutes I highly recommend to book with them also their prices was very suitable. Special thanks for Mr. Abdulrahim - accountant dept, who did a great favours for me and family to upgrade my room to a suite for hall residence Great thanks for him 🙏

The best part about the housekeeping at Makatem Um Al Qura was their invisibility. They cleaned my room thoroughly while I was out, never interrupting my stay. But upon returning, it felt like I had a brand new room each day

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
