Average hotel. Not very serious about cleaning. A Semi Automatic Lift make it difficult. No manager or anyone usually available on desk. Location is good. Shower Water is very hot. You may even make tea. You can put water in Fridge to mix it in Bucket to get a normal Temp water. If you are young and single looking for a budget place, It's a good place to stay. Hotel may start buying New Bed Sheets, Better cleaning or at least vaccuam clean in every 2 days. AC with thermostat/ Split AC ((It will save electricity Bills), Wifi in each floor. Some LED lights, a Microwave Oven, Water Kettle in common place. And offcource an Automatic Doors for lifts (It will save electricity Bills)

Very Close to Mecca & had some good food places nearby. However service wasn't the greatest and neither was the room but if you just keep a positive attitude then you should be fine. Word of Advice for cold showers put water in the bucket and let it stay there.

Pathetic conditioned rooms No cleaning, suffocated environment Broken spring beds, no network coverage inside rooms. Totally waste of money. Not recommended at all

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
