The hotel is very hip - they have activities on Friday and Saturday nights, which was awesome, and they had amazing food. The staff was great - totally catered to us - can't say enough about how great they were. The location was perfect, right across from metro. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay in CDMX!!!

Very bad experience! We arrived with our laptops and planned to work the first afternoon. Even during sunny afternoon the area was a bit sketchy with a "gang" type of group screaming around at the entrance of the street. The room was very small and cold. We took the laptops in order to work in the beer bar that looked so nice on the photos - but, no bar was open! Neither the one at ground level nor the one on the rooftop. That was our main reason that we booked the hotel! We also found out that there would be no breakfast available for the same reason (closed bar). Very disappointing. After an hour not feeling very comfortable, we went back to the reception, explained everything and asked if we could check out and get a refund. The receptionist gave us the contact of the management / office and we left. We knew from Booking that officially it was not possible to cancel the stay and get the money back, but with so many things not fulfilling what was promised on their website, we hoped they would find a solution. We described the situation to the hotel's office; first we didn't hear back, so we contacted Booking and it ended up in talking to an agent of the hotel for like half an hour with not a lot of understanding or the intention to meeting us half way. In the end, Booking called them again and finally they offered to give back like 15%, which is just really not customer oriented at all. The only good experience we had was with the receptionist at the hotel who was really nice.

To be honest, it wasn't a great experience. The rooms were lacking and the bed sheets were dirty. While the location and surroundings were pretty insecure to say the least. Overall, I'd only recommend this place if you're looking for a quick place to stay or run out of options.

I wasn’t really sure what to rate my stay. It was overall not a bad experience. The neighborhood appears a bit rough but its fine. It’s still a bit of a walk to the center but we enjoyed walking and seeing the street vendors and shops. The last night of our stay we went out and when we came back all of pesos were missing from my fiancé’s purse. It was our last night and we lost maybe only 1500-2000 pesos. We informed the staff and they messaged the person who had serviced our room. They said the person was someone of confidence and in the future we can leave our valuables at the front desk if we are afraid of things going missing. I understand that it could have been misplaced by us and was not expecting my money back, my review is just to inform anyone reading that this happened. If you plan on staying here, it is a nice place but I’d be weary of leaving your money in your room. Edit: Good morning Marla Vecindad Beer Hotel, I appreciate you responding to my review. The two receptionists I had the privilege of getting to know were both very kind, attentive and answered any of our questions. Yes, the release says exactly what you stated about the hotel not being responsible for any lost money. I also did mention it could have easily been our fault. I said that because I wanted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. I definitely did not, nor do I want anyone to get in trouble for the stolen/lost money. I think it’s incredibly irresponsible for a company to think a waiver mentioning that they are not responsible for what is lost on their property to be sufficient piece of mind for their customers. I left the review to let anyone who might stay here to know what happened. I did not file a police report because it was our last day in MX and it was not worth my time, but if you think that exonerates you and your business you are wrong. I am not trying to blame you the owner, or your staff. I am simply stating what happened and that is the purpose of google reviews, so anyone looking to stay at your property knows the experiences we had. I personally wouldn’t stay here again, but if your feelings are hurt by my review I am sorry you feel that way. Perhaps it would be in your best interest to care when money goes missing from your establishment. Thank you, I hope you continue to improve your establishment and I wish the best for you and your company.

Location is great, you can drink and smoke at the roof, and is very close to monumento a la revolucion, unfortunately rooms are too small, service was ok, there weren't many beer options, only four, which is very few for a beer hotel, hopefully they have more next if I decide to return

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
