        I’m happy to put a review for this hotel as me and my family really enjoyed the stay in here! Location is excellent! Room spotless clean! Modern and freshly clean bathroom with great shower also room service and cleaning very good. Also we enjoyed the breakfast next day. Staff were very lovely and helpful to point us for places we wanted to go.

        This hotel is beautiful and very modern! We loved our stay there. Me and my husband were really impressed by cleanliness of the room! Also bathroom was spotless clean and nice! We enjoyed the breakfast too! Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone! It was a very lovely stay in a city center of Manchester!

        Fantastic location! Only 10 minute walk from St Peters Square where you can get on the tram network. You can walk to most top spots in central Manchester in about 30 minutes from the hotel. The hotel has an online check in and check out system which would be great if the key card machines were on at the time we checked in! But otherwise it was great. The rooms were good value and very clean and comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. The bathrooms were nice and hand soap and hair/ body wash was provided. Overall a great night stay in central Manchester for good value.

        I was really looking forward to my stay here, but was left feeling really disappointed. I paid nearly £300 for an Executive King Room for 1 night, was it worth it-absolutely not! It was for two people but only had one bottle of water and one bathrobe. The bathrobe was a cheap, well used towel one and looked nothing like the one in their pictures. The room had dirty marks on the walls, the iron was broken and had buttons missing. The coffee machine was dirty and didn't even work. I was told to scan the QR code to order room service-this didn't work either. The tv remote worked occasionally. The soap and hand cream in the bathroom were installed so you didn't know which was which.(great washing yourself with hand cream!) The shower gel bottle was empty. (Good job i had my own!) I had one toilet roll and it was cheap single ply. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Not sure how it's a 4 star hotel as it's no better than a Premier Inn.

        Poor hotel for accessibility. On Monday 13th November, my girlfriend and I had a room booked at this hotel as we had a concert in Manchester. I booked the room months in advance, clicked to make sure we had an accessible room online - as my girlfriend is in a wheelchair and needs a hoist - and even emailed the hotel to confirm that we would get an accessible hotel room with a hoist. We arrive after travelling 4-5 hours and try to check in. Turns out the fully accessible hoist room had been booked out to somebody else. The staff tried to fix it but there was nothing else they could do. It was only LUCK that there is another hoist hotel - Hotel Brooklyn who were so accommodating and welcoming - in Manchester that had one room left. If there was no room at the other hotel, my girlfriend would be forced to stay in her chair until we found a hoist for her to use. She wouldn’t be able to use the toilet. She wouldn’t be able to have slept. A hospital may have been our best option along with missing the concert we came so far to see. We were 200 miles away from home and we would have been totalled screwed. We came to this hotel as it was affordable and accessible but after this trip, it’s put a sour taste in our mouth. A refund has been processed but considering we then needed to spend another £40 for the other hotel which we didn’t initially plan for, it’s a whole lot of stress that we don’t need on top of everything else. Overall, wouldn’t recommend for accessibility. Can’t comment on the rooms since we never made it into one. The lady at the front desk did try her best to help but there was only so much that she could do.
