Had an absolute blast here for 3 days. Location was the best because the resort backs right onto the beach. You can literally roll out of bed and you’re in the water. If you want a break from the beach, you also have the biggest shopping mall in Koh Samui across the road. The room was always clean, the staff were super friendly and the food and cocktails were delightful. Highly recommend!

Booked initially for a week and ended up staying here for almost a month. Great location … middle of the beach and right opposite the central shopping mall. Despite the central location, rooms were very peaceful. The hotel was super cute … 30 or so bungalows either side of a central path. While we were there, the new owners were starting refurbishing common areas and bungalows. Restaurant was decent … pizzas were the best we found in Chaweng, and the other dishes made a nice change from standard Thai fare found almost everywhere. Staff were lovely.

What do I say about this place! It’s a beachfront beautiful resort. The location, room everything was just the bestt! Just you come out of the hotel you will find bike rental & Laundry. Also Indian restaurant is at a walking distance. Central mall is right opposite to this hotel. The best part of this hotel was the cooperative staff. Will surely come back

Very disappointed on arrival. Room was very old and run-down. Awful sewage smell coming from sink in room and bathroom constantly. Very limited choice for breakfast. Pool itself was very nice, warm and clean, however there is only enough space for a few sunbeds and other guests towels are there very, very early. Last con was the air-conditioner - it was so loud overnight, everynight. The rattling was so loud and the ice and water that sprayed out over me randomly in the night was not enjoyable. The location of the resort was perfect. Right across from Central Samui shopping centre.

Great place, located in a very central area in chaweng, rooms are rather big compared to other hotels nearby, great room service, staff, 24\7 security and a nice compact clean pool. The hotel offers a private beach section which is very neat and they also have a great restaurant on the pool which offers amazing pizza. Definitely will come back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
