It is rather a studio unit than a hotel. But all good. They topped up mineral water everyday. Staffs are very helpful. You can borrow iron if you don’t have any. Can also ask the staffs to help to iron one piece only 10 baht. Love the weather cause it’s so sunny but the wind is really cold :)

This hotel is a good hotel. The apartment-style hotel has kitchen utensils and you can cook for yourself. Although the decoration is average, the air is very good and there is no strange smell. The location is very good. There are three shopping malls surrounding the hotel, and there is also a traditional vegetable market. It is also very convenient to buy vegetables. There is a high-end supermarket next door where you can also buy vegetables. The prices inside are a bit more expensive, but the quality is good. There is a water bus near the hotel, the transportation is very convenient, there is also a Skytrain station, and the bus system is very developed. The owner Vee is very friendly and the service is good. The sanitation staff are very enthusiastic. The hotel as a whole is clean and the price is reasonable. We stayed for almost half a month. If you are not pursuing the luxury of this hotel, but just as a foothold, this is a good choice. We booked his presidential suite at the time. Stayed twice, the total time is more than half a month.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a very kind and supporting staff. It is accessible to almost for many things you need, mall, food, hospital,... I recommend the hotel, especially, for those who like to cook their own food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
