        Our first time staying in Liverpool and at this hotel, but the service was exceptional! I cannot remember the name of the lady that gave us the upgrade on reception but please send our thanks, she was so helpful! Furthermore, the room was amazing and had everything we needed for the night. The coffee machine was very good, in addition to the king size bed & views of the docks. We look forward to staying with you in the future!

        The hotel was really lovely. We had issues with the aircon in the room, but they responded quickly and we found a solution. Friendly staff - also in the restaurant/bar. We had great drinks, and even better food. Lunch and dinner. The dinner was exceptional, the steak was like butter!! I ordered a dessert, and the melted chocolate melted my heart. Thank you for a lovely stay.

        Nice place, rooms were modern but quite dark. Would have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water in the room. Had to go to the bar and pay £5+ for 2 bottles of water. Check in and out was very good. Nice touch on the free prosecco for my birthday. Breakfast service was slow and they missed items off my order. Shame there is no option for discounted parking as it costs £20 a night ! In the adjacent multi story .

        Marvellous place. My family and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. My sister booked the venue for her wedding and had the best time ever. From rooms to the welcoming and accommodating staff, everything was just on point. The food was also lovely. 100 percent recommend Malmaison to anyone who wants to receive first class experience.

        We stayed over Christmas for three nights and were blown away by the experience. Every member of staff looked after us like we were VIPs and we would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The rooms are beautifully appointed and well equipped. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and has a real sense of luxury about it. The highlight was Christmas Day lunch though. It really was outstanding and made very special by the hardworking team in the kitchen and front of house. Well done Mal Liverpool, you should be very proud of yourselves!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
