The hotel itself is just lovely. The staff is really adorable polite, listens and does his best to satisfy customers! Thank you! We enjoyed the decoration , the personalized room with a welcome message on the glass . We had two free water recyclable bottles. The room was spacious. Elegant, well decorated , modern . The balcony was nice except the view missing . The room and the bathroom were clean except the toilet that was too high . We didn’t appreciated the food and were disappointed. We wanted to eat at the hotel but end by eating outside searching for local places .

Decor is beautiful. Staff were nice. Lots of food options but really lacking quality. Wellness area is so worth it. Location looks close to things but is actually a good distance from central Rome and requires 2 trains or taxis which are not cheap. Overall nice stay.

Convenient location of the hotel, there is a supermarket nearby. The breakfast is very tasty and varied: there are several types of greens. You can make freshly squeezed juice from root vegetables. In the restaurant, I couldn’t choose a dish (I was tired after a long day), the wonderful waiter Luca waited patiently while I decided what to order, he made it clear that he was not rushing me and waited until I decided. I dined alone and could take my time with the choice😃 Very friendly atmosphere in the restaurant, it was cozy! Ciao Luca, thank you! Thank you guys, everyone in the restaurant in the morning is also very cozy and friendly!

we so pleased to find this place in Rome which we booked on secret escapes. It is a beautiful hotel and staff are really friendly and helpful from the moment of check in. Room is a little small but can’t expect large room when staying in big city for this price. Shower lovely and bed was huge and so so comfortable with glorious air con on those hot days! Location is close to a couple of nice coffee and wine places but not close to main sights, however underground is very easy and cheap to get into the city. the pool and gym were a great addition to our Rome trip, great when it was very hot outside during the day. Pool was lovely and there is also a sauna and steam room. The gym is the expected size for a city hotel- quite small but with the necessary equipment of high quality including a spin bike. Loved the little areas you can sit or lie down outside the pool area. Breakfast in the hotel was plentiful with loads of options for everyone- fresh fruits, cereals, meats, breads cheeses and cooked eggs and bacon. Roof top bar was also lovely for an evening aperitif Suggestions i would make to improve would be coffee machine in room/ kettle. and perhaps robes would be nice for when travelling between pool/ room

Super fun hotel with excellent service! We spent 2 nights here in August while we enjoyed Rome as part of a vacation through Italy. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had fun decor with an attention to detail. Breakfast was also excellent! Could've been closer to the touristy stuff, but we enjoyed that it was less crowded and quieter. And the staff was always quick to call us a taxi, which was never more than 3 or 4 minutes away. Would absolutely come back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
