The rooms are good, the only thing that I didn’t like is that they have a carpet. It’s so unhygienic. They have a washing machine and all the things for cooking. When I booked it I saw that they have a GYM and pool. When we were checking in the receptionist told me that it’s man only, woman are not allowed there 🚫. I’m not sure if it’s the hotel rule or a whole county, but either way they should specify that on the website. And here it comes, the worst part. At the reception when we were signing the papers we flipped it just to see if there is any information to sign. And we found out there is someone’s passport copy. I mean, of course it’s nice to reuse paper, but not with someone’s information on it. I’ll put a picture for you guys to see. But of course I will hide the poor Canadian guy passport info. So when we were checking out, we had to ask our passports cop back just to make sure it’s not reused again.

Located at heart of Riyadh, Olaya near Dr. Suleiman Habib Hospital. Well furnished and spacious hall, bed room and kitchen. Friendly staff. Good Gym. I could see improvement in facilities during every visit. Only difficulty is no breakfast. No hotel attached presently.

Hotel is located in central Riyadh. No breakfast option. Expensive for the price. Gym is good. They got in-door swimming pool. Parking around the hotel is a hassle, heavy traffic during working days. Grocery down the hotel. Restaurants, coffee shops & laundry in walking distance

This is a great hotel; spacious, clean, beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The concierge was very helpful! The well-appointed breakfast was great and a good way to start the day with people helping you to get what you wish. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
