January 2024: Great efficient check in process. Grand lobby and surroundings. Easy self parking with access from lobby to car parking structure. Clean well appointed rooms. Windows open slightly allowing fresh airflow. Lovely views of city and bay. Excellent gym, great views from gym. Gym range of equipment and weights (dumbbells up to 100lbs) on par with a small commercial gym. Fantastic pool area with a large swimming pool with perfect temperature, and two hot spas. We enjoyed the pool in the middle of winter and it was perfect comfortable water temperature. A short walk to city, for supplies / food / snacks there is a grocery store within walking distance. Located in a safe feeling area. Will stay again.

Out of all the hotels we have stayed at throughout our many travels, Manchester Grand stands out as one of the most beautiful and most comfortable places we have visited. As soon as you pull up, you are greeted by the valets and the doormen who escort you through the door into one of the most beautiful hotel lobbies I've ever seen. After a smooth check in, we arrived to our very clean room with an outstanding view of the marina. We were very hungry after our ventures out and about and decides to order room service. I must say, the food didn't disappoint either! We ate our meals in bed while watching a movie, of course! The hotel has a restaurant and a gift shop downstairs. The pool area, although crowed, was also nice. The view of the double hotel towers is nice and you can see the marina from the pool deck. There were waiters and waitresses that served food and beverages poolside and we definitely took advantage of this service. Again, the food was excellent! The Manchester Grand Hyatt is only about 10 minutes away from the Gaslamp District so we were able to book a Club Crawl in the evening time and returned after hours via bike pedicab back to our hotel. Next time we are in San Diego, we are definitely coming back to Manchester Grand Hyatt!

Loved this hotel. Was only in San Diego for a night but it was so nice. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had an ocean view which was beautiful. The staff were friendly and there were good food options. I do wish parking had a cheaper option but overall I had a great experience here.

This hotel is mainly for businesses and conferences. Therefore, I do not recommend a family holiday here. Great location! I did not have a good experience when I first arrived, however, the hotel staff made adjustments for my stay. The bad: Parking was a bit expensive and they charge per day. (be nice and they may give you a discount) They did not have the baby amenities that I requested and did not communicate with me beforehand. I could've brought my own. The show tab and broken water was coming out on both ends. The good: The staff was trying hard to fix the issues and gave me 2 day free breakfast for their mistakes. Breakfast is super expensive and there are all kinds of extra charge on it. Maybe because I don't live in the US anymore so I'm not used to it. They also returned my points used for the stay. Now, this is customer service.

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for seven nights. The location of the hotel is very convenient and you get beautiful views of the bay all around. Walking distance to many fun places. Our room was spacious and clean. Hotel has many amenities and everything was very nice. The pool was kept at a nice temperature so we were able to enjoy it daily even in November. Definitely a place to stay in San Diego.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
