This came up on booking.com looked and sounded the part for a fantastic party for a special birthday. I reserved it. £600 set price for 26 people I accidentally booked for 2 people. However that wouldn’t have made the difference I would have changed if I kept the booking. That was accidental. I done some research on this place to find these negative reviews. I then had a response stating “you booked the pad for 2 people!! I’m glad you have cancelled your booking as it would have been fraudulent on your behalf.” Just sums up these people attitude, 0 customer service. Imagine if I did book with these people. Total let down like all the others who have booked and written a review. I wish you many years of happiness & hope you change your ways with customers. Very disgusted.

Do not book this accommodation. My friends Hen weekend was ruined as a result of no responses from the owner. We we were frustrated, angry and upset that we were left stranded with nowhere to stay after travelling up from London. Worst of all the owner has £572 of the groups money as a deposit that we now have to take legal action to get back. Avoid at all costs. We ended up having to book a last minute hotel, which was costly and not what the bride to be wanted.

Manchester / Liverpool Party Pad is operated by Stephen Charlesworth but trades under the name of Manchester / Liverpool Health Club and Spa Limited. Correspondence details can be found on Companies House website. From our encounter the Manchester Party Pad website pictures did not remotely represent what we came across. The whole venue was unhygienically filthy. My daughter booked it for her 21st birthday and was extremely disappointed. So much so her friends didn't even stay the night and booked alternative accommodation. Upon our booked in time arrival of 3 pm the cleaners were still cleaning. They explained that there was a "Rave" the night before, but the stench that greeted us throughout was nauseating, even though it states on the website "Smoking not permitted". By the time my daughter and her friends left one and half hours later the cleaners were still cleaning. We were promised a refund on our room hire. We still have not received our refund or our deposit of £250, even though we didn't even stay. Book this venue at your own peril

I wish I could give this place 0/5 On the date of arrival, the host of the venue, Stephen Charlesworth, would not give us straight answers to when and where we could collect the keys or gain access to the place after we had booked and paid a deposit months in advance. We had guests flying in for a weekend and then had nowhere to go. It was a compete disaster. Stephen had absolutely no remorse. He made no apology and keep our deposit even though he was the one that would not fulfill the agreement. Apalling behaviour from this individual.

Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of these people. We booked the house for a hen party weekend. On booking we paid half upfront. 2 weeks b4 they ask for rest of money was not the agreement. All in diff accounts. We did not agree said we would give wen we got there. Could not contact house. We then on day of arrival to manchester had to try fimd a house for 15 hens. They still havent had the decency to get bk to us at all. These people are fraudulent and we are now seeking refunds through paypal. Avoid at all costs

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
