Beautifully set tranquil oasis. The massage and baths are amazing. R99ms are spacious and comfortable. There is a good choice for breakfast, but you can either have a cold or a hot drink. I loved the little touches though like the room set up on arrival, welcome drink with cold towel, citronella spray for mozzies. Amazing place.

In all my travels, and so many countries (US, Thailand, Cambodia, several in Europe) this is honestly my favorite place to get a massage. I’m only talking the ambience and location, I’m not even talking about the actual massage, which is also the best I’ve ever had. Honestly, getting a massage here, spoils you, as I go to other places to get a massage and it just sucks. Everything in here is perfect, and I hope they never change or close. Even the foot bath before the massage is great.

I loved my stay at mandala spa & resort. The welcome was amazing. Walking to the beautiful room, made me feel like walking through a serene jungle. It was also very private. The spa treatment was so good!! Clarice was my therapist, she was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for three days. The name of the resort attracted me. This is the second time I came to Boracay after eight years ago. The resort is close to station3, and it is very convenient to go to the beach by walk. I heard that the resort is famous for its spa, so I experienced a spa, which deserves to its reputation. What I want to say is that it is not suitable for tourists who want to experience beach life, because there is no swimming pool and private beach, so it is not typical in Boracay. On the contrary, the hotel is more like a hotel in the Ubud of Bali. The rooms are large, stylishly decorated, hidden in the forest, with a sense of avoidance and strong privacy. This is what I like. In addition, the service quality of the resort is very high, and I feel valued. Very good.

Would do it over and over again! This spa is worth every single penny. Myself and my partner both visited for the princess treatment and emperors package. Wow did we feel like royalty!!! Upon arrival we were presented with a lovely ginger tea and guided through our journey and they asked us what different scrubs etc we wanted. Then our masseuses arrived and introduced themselves and guided us into the enchanted and peaceful retreat and into a terrace with our massage beds. From start to finish the ladies were 100% professional and made you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. We upgraded to the Asian signature mandala massage and it was worth it. More acupressure and they continue to ask how soft or hard you’d like it. In between all the scrubs etc we were taken to our bath where if you want intimacy with your partner then this is the perfect environment for you. We were eating fruit and relaxing in a bath with fruit bats flying over our heads, I’ve never felt more at peace. The experience has stayed with me and will always stay with me, an absolute must in boracay. The best massage and total experience I’ve ever had. Free sarong as well 😎

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
