        We really enjoyed our stay at MO Bangkok. We had a King Balcony room with a view of the river. Room was spacious with a nice sitting area. Bed was very comfortable. Service was excellent. Definitely a 5 Star resort. We would definitely stay here again. Many high quality restaurants to choose from and the morning breakfast buffet is not to be missed.

        This hotel in Bangkok is undoubtedly one of my favorites. The rooms blend antique charm with modern amenities, offering a full range of facilities. The view is exceptional, providing a picturesque riverside atmosphere and a stunning night view of Iconsiam. The service is characterized by good hospitality and a service-minded approach.         Not good value for money 1. Unfortunately, the room's soundproofing was sadly lacking. Children's laughter and hallway conversations echoed through the walls like a continuous soundtrack, significantly impacting my sleep quality. 2. TV in the room can use a big upgrade. The struggle to connect my mobile to the smart TV was frustrating. Spending an hour fiddling with settings only to discover the readily available Apple TV box upon inquiry felt like a avoidable tech snafu. A simple heads-up at check-in would have saved the hassle.

        My partner had a conference in Bangkok, and I joined him for a working holiday. He surprised me with a reservation at this hotel for my birthday. The hotel's public spaces were undeniably stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed its rich history and the delicious breakfast. However, our stay was marred by a significant issue with the service. I had intended to get some work done within the hotel's premises. Still, the staff continuously questioned my attire and reservations at different places during the morning and afternoon hours. My choice of dress has never been an issue in any place before. This made it uncomfortable for me to use any of the public areas, ultimately leading me to retreat to our (kitschy maritime) room. When I joined my partner and friends at the Bamboo Bar for some leisure time, I was immediately given a shawl, while my companions faced no such scrutiny. So, surprising your partner with a stay at the Mandarin may not be the best idea. It's a trip that requires careful planning and consideration, especially when it comes to dress code and reservations. This trip really made me aware that certain conventions remain in place for women.

        Everything was perfection from the moment I was met by MO the airport transportation service upon arrival. All staff were delightful, welcoming, and helpful. Chauffeurs to/from airport were fantastic. In-room check-in (I arrived late at night) was seamless. Interiors and facilities were stunning and perfectly kept, from the lobby, to the pool, to the room. Concierge was especially helpful, including with my many emails prior to the stay. Daily breakfast at The Verandah was the best hotel breakfast spread I have ever seen. I loved the two tours — Evening for the Senses and Bangkok Multi-Transport — and Malin, the incredibly knowledgeable (and fun!) guide, was superb. I cannot recommend her highly enough! This was my first time in Bangkok, and I cannot wait to return and stay at the MO again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
