My 30th birthday celebration at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakech was nothing short of magical, and the experience was elevated to extraordinary heights by the hotel's impeccable service and attention to detail. The private hot air balloon breakfast ride was the crowning jewel of our celebration. Soaring above the Atlas Mountains, we were treated to a panoramic view that left us in awe. The meticulous planning and execution by the staff ensured a seamless experience, from the gentle ascent to the gourmet breakfast served at an altitude that added a touch of whimsy to this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. The spa treatments were a haven of relaxation and indulgence. The serene atmosphere of the spa, combined with the skilled therapists, transported us to a realm of tranquility. Each treatment was personalised, leaving me rejuvenated and ready for the day. The on-site restaurants showcased a culinary prowess that delighted our palates with a fusion of Moroccan authenticity and international flair. What truly set this celebration apart was the private dining experience arranged within our villa. A lavish BBQ dinner accompanied by live music transformed our villa into a private paradise. The attentive staff took care of every detail, from the exquisite menu to the atmospheric live music, creating an intimate and unforgettable evening that celebrated both the occasion and the beauty of Moroccan culture. The Mandarin Oriental's commitment to excellence extended beyond the public spaces to our private villa, where luxury and comfort seamlessly blended. The grounds surrounding the hotel are perfect for a gentle bike ride - with MO bicycles delivered to the door of your villa. The Mandarin Oriental in Marrakech exceeded every expectation for my 30th birthday celebration.The staff's dedication to ensuring every moment was special made this celebration truly unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend the Mandarin Oriental for those seeking a blend of opulence, personalised service, and unique experiences. Five stars simply cannot capture the magic of this exceptional hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
