I felt truly at home at MO Milano. My stay was brief, however after a rigorous few days at a conference, I felt at home in your welcoming Mandarin King Room. I stayed in the entire time I was in Milano. I lounged in my comfy robe, ordered room service, excellent, I might add and worked for a short while then enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep in my comfy bed. I had breakfast in my room as well. The service was impeccable in every aspect I experienced. I cannot to return in the future.

Nothing but incredible from start to finish. The entire team made sure we felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay and I must give a special shoutout to the bar staff who really were spectacular! Gorgeous hotel set in an ideal location just a short walk from the cathedral!

The Milan hotel was exceptional. The rooms were presented well and the restaurant was welcoming and comfortable. Gym facilities were adequate, I personally prefer bigger gyms. However compared to gym facilities in Italian hotels in general, it was good. All the staff were amazing. We never heard the word no to any request and they were always smiling and warm. Location was unbeatable, central to all activities. Only drawback was the work on the lobby area that took place throughout our stay. But the final result was very nice, expanding the lobby and linking it to the wonderful outdoor terrace. Mandarin Oriental Milan made our family trip to that beautiful city a truly memorable one. A wonderful property with absolutely amazing people.

Absolutely delighted by my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Milano. The staff went above and beyond, exuding professionalism and warmth that set the tone for a remarkable experience. The garden restaurant was an oasis in the city, serving delectable cuisine in a serene setting. Rooms were well-appointed, offering top-of-the-line amenities that left no detail overlooked. A 10/10 experience I'd highly recommend.

One of the most amazing stays of my life! Everyone is so kind, professional, helpful, respectful and friendly. The house keeping staff is amazing and keeps the entire hotel pristine, the front desk goes above and beyond, the concierge is very helpful, and everyone at the restaurants, from the hosts to the waiters to the chefs, are incredible. Special shout-out to Ricardo at the bar for making our stay so special! They really go the extra mile. You'll never wanna leave!
