My stay at MO Madrid was above my expectations. The hotel site is probably the best of Madrid. All the staff were very welcoming. The rooms are amazing, very well designed and equipped. The food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing too.

There is no way to describe this hotel other than exquisite in every way. Of the hundreds of 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at, this is probably the top. Impeccable service from a staff that is just so eloquent in every way and eager to assist, the rooms are stunningly beautiful and new with the best technology. The gym and spa are just as in pictures, like from another planet. The opulence and grandeur and luxury in every corner is unmatched and worth every penny. The restaurants and bars are of excellent quality and design, and the best part was the service our dog received while here since they are pet friendly. Everyone knew his name and treated him as a guest.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Betty,having the room ready earlier than supposed to be, and it only got better from there. The room me and my family stayed was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We had the pleasure of being served breakfast by Isidro and Marie, and it was an outstanding experience that elevated our morning’s. Isidro professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set him apart. He embodies the essence of exceptional hospitality and he is a real valuable asset to the hotel.The attention to detail was evident in every aspect and the housekeeping service was absolutely superb. Thank you Mandarin for making our holiday excellent!

The Mandarin Oriental Ritz is spectacular from top to bottom. From every corner of the building to every single staff member we were treated with gracious hospitality, extraordinary kindness, and absolute professionalism. Our room was spectacular and we were fortunate to have an upgrade and a room cleaned and available upon our very early in the morning international arrival to start our vacation just right. The concierge team helped us retrieve our luggage left by the airport and got us museum tickets and dinner reservations as well as overall general fabulous advice. Every dining experience in the hotel from room service, to DEESA breakfast, to snacks and meals in the Palm Court, to late nights in the bar and afternoons basking in the sun at Le Jardin were truly delectable, top notch, memorable experiences. We utilized the fabulous Beauty Concept downstairs with three divine spa treatments, dips in the gorgeous pool and steam room, workouts in the state-of-the art gym that was always manned by a very helpful trainer. I could just go on and on, but mostly just cannot wait to get back to Madrid and the MO-Ritz! Thank you for the stay of a lifetime. Oh, and lest I forget, we were traveling to celebrate my 70th birthday and had the most lovely cake, note, bottle of champagne and even personalized balloons in the room. What a sweet and thoughtful gift from the hotel. Thank you all!

The suite they offered us was nothing short of spectacular, combining elegance and modern comforts seamlessly. It was a haven of luxury where we could relax and celebrate our special day. What truly made our experience outstanding was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially our attendant Valentina. Her professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. She made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. Valentina's kindness and grace added an extra layer of magic to our celebration. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
