Just spent 6 wonderful nights at the Mandila Beach Hotel. Great location, right across form the beach. Plenty of excellent restaurants in walking distance. Very comfortable bed, nice size room. The breakfast was quite good, fun mix of Western and Asian food. Different fresh fruit daily. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Planning to come back again in March.

The only thing great about the hotel is the view from the ocean king suite room and the amazing breakfast buffet, especially as a vegetarian. However, you can easily find the same view from other hotels in that lane. Some of the staff members were a bit rude and not helpful. They also had very strict rules about stains on the bedspread, eating food inside the room etc. They were also not accommodating about slightly late checkout.

Location is great. Near airport and opposite beach with plenty of food choices around. Room is alright with bed, chairs, full length mirror, table space and walking space. Bathroom layout is bad pertaining to the room with bathtub. No separation between bathtub and toilet area when shower whole bathroom would be wet. Water pressure is weak. Water temperature is hard to adjust/ control.

What an amazing hotel! Firstly, I don’t think I have ever encountered staff like it. Each and every one of them are kind, happy, helpful and genuine. We are in a sea view balcony room and it is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The TV has ample English sports and movie channels to choose from. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and has a great variety to choose from. We are vegetarian and haven’t gone hungry! The staff -all of them- at breakfast are exceptional. If you are happy, they are happy. The roof top pool/restaurant has amazing views and they make great coffees there! The location is perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk and you’re on the fabulous My Khe beach. We are so happy that we chose this hotel and we will never forget our stay here. Thank you Mandila!!

We'll definitely stay here again when we're back. The hotel is clean and the room we booked had a spectacular view of the ocean. The staffs are super friendly. The breakfast however was not that great. They don't have a big selections to choose from as well as the morning juice. But you can always go out to grab one from the street. Overall, it was a good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
